Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed.
  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
  • Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Shipping Rates

We currently offer shipping within the United States.

  • Free Standard Shipping on all orders of $100.00 or more.
  • Orders below $100.00 are subject to a flat shipping fee of $9.99.

Shipping charges are calculated automatically during checkout.

Estimated Delivery Time

After your order has been shipped, the estimated delivery time is:

  • Standard Delivery: 5–10 Business Days
  • Possible Delays: During holidays, peak shopping seasons, severe weather, or carrier delays, delivery may take 12–15 Business Days.

Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

You can use the tracking link provided in the email to monitor your shipment at any time.

If you do not receive your tracking information within a reasonable time after placing your order, please contact our support team.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible.

Once an order has been shipped, we cannot guarantee that the shipping address can be changed.

JABRAN SHOP is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Although we work hard to deliver every order on time, unexpected delays may occur due to:

Undeliverable or Returned Packages

Packages returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Failed delivery attempts
  • Refused delivery

may require additional shipping charges before being reshipped.

International Shipping

At this time, JABRAN SHOP primarily serves customers within the United States.

If international shipping becomes available in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly.
