Return Window

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

Requests submitted after the 7-day return period may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Return Eligibility

  • Be unused and in the same condition in which it was received.
  • Be returned in its original packaging.
  • Include all accessories, manuals, and original contents.
  • Include proof of purchase or your order number.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be declined.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Items showing signs of use or damage caused by the customer.
  • Products without original packaging.
  • Products missing accessories or parts.
  • Clearance, final sale, or promotional items (if marked as non-returnable).
  • Gift cards (if applicable).

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately after delivery.

If you receive:

  • A damaged item
  • A defective item
  • The wrong product
  • Missing items

please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the product
  • Photos of the shipping box and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

After review, we will offer a replacement, exchange, refund, or another appropriate solution.

Return Process

Please do not send any item back without receiving return instructions from our support team. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to:

  • A change of mind
  • Ordering the wrong item
  • No longer wanting the product

the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

If the return is due to:

  • A damaged item
  • A defective product
  • An incorrect item shipped by JABRAN SHOP

we will cover the return shipping costs where applicable.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped.

If you would like a different product, color, or model, we recommend returning the original item (if eligible) and placing a new order.

Refund Process

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days after approval.

Processing times may vary between financial institutions.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

After 12 hours, your order may already be processed for fulfillment or shipment and can no longer be canceled.

If your canceled order has already been shipped, you may request a return after receiving the package, provided it meets the eligibility requirements in this policy.

Refused Deliveries

If a package is refused or returned due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer or repeated failed delivery attempts, any additional shipping charges may be deducted from the refund where permitted.

Chargebacks

If you experience any issue with your order, please contact us before filing a payment dispute or chargeback.
